Our employees support you with the selection of the necessary components even during the project planning phase and enter the components in the databases of our EPLAN CAD and CAM systems. When our electricians begin with their work, they have the complete documentation for the designed project at their disposal, including assembly drawings and prepared CNC data sets for the sheet metal processing. In machine and plant construction as well as special machine construction, we work consistently in a mechatronic way. Our drive technology, PLC programming, electronics, microprocessor technology, visualisation, industrial image processing, robotics and mechanical engineering teams work hand in hand. In software development we work exclusively with internationally established programming languages such as Siemens S5 / S7 / TIA, B&R Automation Studio, Beckhoff TwinCAT 2 /3. Opcon, Codesys C++, C#, VB.net, Qt, Allen Bradley and others. Our platform-independent portfolio is rounded off by the precise handling of Java Script / HMI on any device.
We have a broad knowledge of the programming of common robot types and know the respective strengths and weaknesses of the individual systems. We program your system with one or more robots reliably and in a cleverly structured manner and coordinate the process sequence with the upstream and downstream work steps.
Our range of services as specialists for automation and control includes the complete planning and implementation of automated, robot-assisted workplaces and autonomous robot cells. Depending on the application, articulated or SCARA robots and picker tripods or delta robots are used, naturally including individual software and programming.
